The last XOXO of January featured Kid Color and Miss Gab joining Jason Tyler and Buster Brown on the decks! And, like every XOXO, it was fun from start to finish. Mr. Tastee’s was there as well, with his hand-made jewelry. (check out the XOXO necklace in the pictures below!) If you haven’t been to XOXO on friday nights at the Crocodile yet, you’re definitely missing out on one of Chicago’s top friday night Dance Party’s!! There is never a cover, free pizza and the best dance music around! Last friday we celebrated Lance Milk‘s Birthday, who DJ’d alongside Jason Tyler and Buster Brown. It was packed 10-2 with people dancing!! Lance Milk layed down a killer set, followed by Jason Tyler playing the trumpet over his set! “XOXO,” Wicker Park’s new Friday night Dance Party at Crocodile, kicked off in convincing fashion with a live performance by Yoko Homo. His intense performance led up to the climax of the night, when Jason Tyler grabbed hold of the audience through his trumpet and dance music. Clayton Hauck of Everyoneisfamous also DJ’d an awesome set! Check out the photos of our kick-off “XOXO” party!
