On April 3rd, we went back to Chicago for our monthly appearance at XOXO in Chicago! Since leaving a month ago, this was the first time back and it was packed! It was great to see the same smiling faces as when we were still living in Chicago, and we can’t wait for our next Chicago friday on May 1st! We also started XOXO in Miami, so check out those pictures as well! We love you Chicago!

Synth City, the Thursday night party at Chicago featured Public, Angel Alanis, Alex Zelenka and MelissFX, Ray Nicholes, DJ Vertigo and a Kompute DJ Tagset. The highlight of the night was definitely MelissFX singing over Alex Zelenka‘s DJ set! Check out MelissFX’s new album “Thrill Seeker” on her webpage! Downstairs was the Speaker Record Release with DJ Keoki! Also, a random walk around South Beach toward the bottom of the post.
Talk about a party! Spiderpussy, the well-known Miami party, was at ‘Chicago’ for it’s soft-opening. DJing was Franki Chan, Toxic Avenger, Hot Pink Delorean, Computer Club, Oh Snap! and Jen Lasher, DSKOTEK, Boy Boy, Cosmo, Jason Tyler, Johnny Strokes, Pusher FM and Al B Rotten. Up against the rest of WMC this party held it’s ground as a spot-to-be. Check out the pics below!

Wednesday at the Gansevoort was a daytime rooftop party called, “A Party Worth Blogging About.” Presented by Eatskeet.com and Hipsterrunoff.com, this was full of the hottest electro acts in the blogs now. I attached their incredible flyer to the bottom of the post, check out who played. It was a fun party, if you were right in front of the DJ booth. The sound was barely there, but where the music lacked the crowd made up for. Check out the pics.

I finally got around to posting some of the pictures from a crazy week of WMC. After a week of partying, this week shall be a week of blogging. I’ll start everything off with Monday March 23rd, the day before WMC “Officially” started. The only reason I say “Officially” is because it really started with a party called Exposure! Exposure is a weekly party in Miami, taking place on Monday nights at the White Room. Jason Tyler headlined the dark White Room, which is really red. This is the best Monday night I’ve seen yet in Miami, and no wonder when Andrews Lorenzana is behind it! Check out the pictures from the “Official” WMC Kick-Off party! More coming soon!

This post contains more than just the XOXO party from last friday, as it includes a house party as well as N.A.S.A. at the Abbey Pub last saturday! Three exciting nights that I am going to cram into one post and call it XOXO to Chicago! We are now living in Miami, South Beach to be exact. However, Jason Tyler and Dustin Edward will be coming back to the Crocodile in Chicago every first friday of the month for a good ol’ fashioned XOXO get-down! XOXO continues every friday thereafter with Kid Color and friends bringing the music and the fun! That being said, we will see you all on April 3rd at Crocodile!! Stay warm:)

We started last friday off with the Verse Fashion show which had a huge turnout of 150+ people crammed into the basement of Crocodile! Check out Ryan Mitchell’s photos from the fashion show here. After the fashion show we jumped right into XOXO. Crocodile was packed from open to close, proving XOXO is the place to be on friday nights!! Gant-Man made the crowd jump to his party jamz.
